Good in all respects
The questionnaire was poorly conducted in 3 respects: I asked for a jersey to wear and my use of this word was rejected. Asked who the current queen was I replied that she was known either as Elizabeth the 2nd or , predominantly in Scotland, as Elizabeth the first since she was the first of the United Kingdom.
